Terms & Condition Policy
Thank you for your interest in attending events and booking services with Lure Experience. By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or booking Luxury Room Décor services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies ensure fairness, safety, and transparency for all clients and guests.
1. Ticketing & Admission (Events)

Tickets must be presented (digital or printed) for admission.

All events are private. No ticket sales at the door.

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Age Restriction: All attendees must be 21 years or older. Entry will be denied without valid government-issued ID, and no refunds will be issued.

Dress Code: Each event has its own dress code requirement and must be followed. For all events No Crocs or Uggs allowed. Guests who fail to comply with dress code standards may be denied entry without a refund.
2. Waitlist Policy

Joining a waitlist indicates interest in attending but does not guarantee entry.

Waitlist spots are first-come, first-served. Confirmation emails will be sent if a space becomes available.
3. Event Cancellations, No-Shows & Denial of Access

Cancellation by Organizer: If Lure Experience cancels an event, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide credit toward a future event of equal or lesser value. If rescheduling is not possible, you will be refunded the full amount paid.

No-Show: Guests who fail to attend will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Denial of Access: Lure Experience reserves the right to deny admission or remove any guest who is rude, disruptive, intoxicated, disrespectful, or fails to conduct themselves in a mature and appropriate manner. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4. Luxury Room Décor Booking Policy
By booking a Luxury Room Décor package with Lure Experience, you agree to the following terms:

Non-Refundable Service: All décor bookings are final and non-refundable.

Deposits & Payments: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The final balance will be invoiced 48 hours prior to service and must be paid in full at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Failure to pay will result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed only with at least 7 days’ notice. Deposits may be applied to a future date.

Rescheduling requests made 6 days or less before service will result in loss of deposit.
6. Rush & Super Last-Minute Bookings

Rush Booking (6–3 days before service): Subject to a $50 rush fee, and the full booking amount must be paid the same day the reservation is made.
-
Super Last-Minute Booking (3 days or less): Subject to a $100 fee, and the full booking amount must be paid immediately to confirm the reservation.
-
Availability for rush or super last-minute bookings is not guaranteed.
7. Hotel/Airbnb Bookings

Services must align with official check-in times (typically 3–4 PM).
-
Clients must be fully checked in before Lure Experience staff arrives.
-
Clients may either add our company name to the reservation for entry or provide a key at the scheduled time.
8. Grace Period for Luxury Room Décor

A 20-minute grace period is permitted.
-
Arrivals later than 20 minutes past the scheduled time will result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
9. Clean-Up Policy
-
We are not responsible for damages, trash, or debris left from decorations.
-
A $100 next-day clean-up service is available (decorations only).
-
Hotel & Airbnb Clean-Up Access: If next-day clean-up is booked, you must allow our team access to the room before check-out time. Available clean-up times are 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, or 1:00 PM only.

If next-day clean-up is declined, we will provide a trash bag and safety pin for client disposal.
10. Liability

Lure Experience is not responsible or liable for personal belongings, damages, or items left in decorated spaces.

No one is permitted in the room during set-up.
11. Lure Luxe Picnic Booking Policy
By booking a Lure Luxe Picnic, you agree to the following terms:
🪑 Rental Security Fee

All picnic décor and items are rentals.
-
A $100 refundable security fee will be added to your invoice at booking.
-
This fee is reimbursed within 24 hours after your picnic, provided:
-
No décor or rental items are damaged, missing, or excessively soiled.
-
Your picnic ends within the reserved time slot (no unpaid overtime).
-

If damages, missing items, or unpaid overtime occur, the security fee (or a portion of it) will be withheld.
💵 Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
-
Final balance is due 24 hours prior to your picnic.
-
Bookings are non-refundable.
⏰ Duration & Overtime
-
Package durations are 2 or 4 hours depending on the package selected.
-
Overtime is billed at $50 per hour, subject to availability.
⚡ Rush & Super Last-Minute Bookings

Rush Booking (6–3 days prior): +$50 fee, full payment required same day.
-
Super Last-Minute (3 days or less): +$100 fee, full payment required immediately.
-
Availability is not guaranteed for rush or super last-minute bookings.
🌧️ Rain Check Insurance Add-On
-
Optional $50 add-on available for outdoor bookings.
-
If weather conditions prevent setup, this add-on allows you to reschedule once within 90 days without losing your deposit.
-
Without Rain Check Insurance, deposits remain non-refundable, and rescheduling is not guaranteed.
-
If you have an indoor backup location (home, Airbnb, hotel), we can transfer the setup there instead of rescheduling.
🛑 Liability

Lure Experience is not responsible or liable for personal belongings, damages, or items left in decorated or picnic spaces.
-
Clients assume all responsibility for themselves and their guests during the rental period.
12. Package Customizations

Most packages are customizable.
-
Exceptions: The Sweetest Day Package and The Valentine’s Day Package are not customizable.
13. Photography & Media Release
By attending an event or booking a service, you grant Lure Experience full rights to use your likeness in photographs, video, audio, or other media captured. These may be used for promotional, commercial, or informational purposes online, in print, and on social media without compensation.
14. Liability Release & Assumption of Risk
By attending any Lure Experience event or booking decor services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Participation in events or services may involve risks, including but not limited to accidents, slips, falls, illness, allergic reactions, or consumption of alcohol and/or marijuana-infused products (where applicable). You voluntarily assume all such risks.

Responsible Consumption: Guests agree to consume alcohol and/or infused products responsibly. Sharing alcohol or infused items with individuals under legal age is prohibited.

Release of Liability: Lure Experience LLC, its organizers, hosts, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners are not liable for any injury, illness, accident, damages, or losses arising from participation.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lure Experience LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal costs, or third-party claims resulting from your actions.
15. Special Policies for Infused Dining Experiences or Alcohol Consumption at Lure Experience Events

Participation in infused dining events acknowledges the potential effects of cannabis, alcohol, or infused items. Attendees accept full responsibility for their consumption.

Lure Experience LLC and affiliates are released from all claims related to consumption of these products.
16. Location & Travel Policy

Primary Location: Lure Experience LLC is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and primarily services the Greater Cincinnati area.
-
Extended Service Areas: We also provide services to:
-
Dayton, OH – within 25 miles.
-
Columbus, OH – within 25 miles.
-
-
Travel Fees:
-
A $20 travel fee applies for any location 20+ minutes outside downtown Cincinnati.
-
A $50 travel fee applies for services located within 25 miles of Columbus, OH.
-
-
Billing: at the time of booking "Add-On" option or will be added to the client’s final invoice and must be paid in full.
-
Case-by-Case Service: Any requests outside of the listed service areas will be reviewed individually. Additional fees may apply based on distance, time, and staffing requirements.

Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate service location details at booking. Lure Experience is not liable for delays or issues resulting from incorrect addresses or restricted venue access.
17. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or booking Luxury Room Decor services with Lure Experience, you:

Confirm you have read and understood this Terms & Conditions Policy.

Accept full personal responsibility for your participation.
-
Release Lure Experience LLC from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
